あきる野市『N邸』

100年以上もの歴史を持つ蔵屋敷を現地再生し、新築部と同居している住宅である。
蔵屋敷、雑蔵、大欅、武家門、屋敷林と、手掛かり要素に恵まれた敷地である。歴史との共生というテーマに対し、歴史物に同調しながらも、対峙点をつくることで、互いの個性を強調させる相乗効果をねらっている。

つまり、赤い屋根、自然素材の壁、という共通脈を敷いた上に、白と黒、漆喰壁と板壁、瓦と金属、といった対峙をさせている。
中廊下式住宅の形式を採っているが、動線や視線が対流できるように各部屋間の境界を曖昧にしているので、雰囲気としての境界の役割を中廊下に付与している。

This building was jointed the new building and renerwed warehouse which was built 100 years ago.
I plan the coexistence between ancient and modern things. For example, the contrast of black and white wall, of plaster and wooden wall, of roof tile and metal roof, under the red roof.
