国指定重要文化財『関家住宅』

関家住宅の主屋は、17世紀以前の建造とされ東日本で最古の民家の一つである。昭和41年に主屋が昭和53年に長屋門が国指定の重要文化財に指定された。
今回、主屋を全解体修理、書院を半解体修理、長屋門は茅葺きの補修を行った。

Main building at Sekike was built in 17C earlier, which is the most oldest building in East Japan. The main building was registered as important cultural property by the national government in the 1966 and Nagaya-mon gate was registered in 1978.
This time, main building was fully dismantled and repaired and Shoin(drawing room) was partly dismantled and repaired and the thatched roof of Nagaya-mon gate was renewed.
